Die neue Freigabeeinheit DIN/DOUT 24V verbindet stationäre und mobile Abläufe für einen effizienten Materialfluss. Sie ersetzt mechanische Stopperlösungen und ermöglicht autonome Shooter- und Vereinzelungsprozesse ohne Bedarf externer Steuerungen. Integrierte Sensorik und Logik erlauben die selektive Freigabe einzelner KLT. In Reihe installierte Einheiten steuern den Prozess selbstständig und reduzieren z. B. Staudruck. Eine mögliche Konfiguration erfolgt per QR-Code über eine Web-Oberfläche.
The new Release Unit DIN/DOUT 24V connects stationary and mobile processes for efficient material flow. It replaces mechanical stopper solutions and enables autonomous shooter and separation processes without the need for external controllers. Integrated sensors and logic allow selective release of individual small load carriers. Units installed in series control the process independently and can, for example, reduce back pressure. Configuration is performed via QR code using a web interface.
