Attention: BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT COMMUNICATIONS!
To all LogiMAT exhibitors:
Please beware of emails and letters you may have received from various entities in different countries asking you to update your LogiMAT registration data.
Such communications, which might include an order form for a catalog listing with a request to update your data, are fraudulent attempts that use your registration with LogiMAT to obtain your full address and other data!
We wish to emphasize that we are not in any way associated with these communications and that they are not free offers. Exhibitors who respond end up in a binding contract with recurring fees for the publication of their company data. This same request for data is regularly sent out in association with other events as well!
As a reminder: All forms and documents relating to your LogiMAT registration will always include the LogiMAT logo and our business address in Munich. Exhibitors can update their own address data in the online marketing shop. To change your billing address, please send us a brief email at logimat@euroexpo.de
If you have already had problems of this nature, you can find helpful tips and a sample form letter response on the website of the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).
Another recurring scam involves emails offering visitor lists from past or future LogiMAT events. We never sell the data of LogiMAT visitors or exhibitors!
We have nothing whatsoever to do with such offers and encourage you to discard such letters and to delete such emails and block the senders!
If you’re unsure about a letter or email you have received, please contact us.
