Press accreditation

Please fill in this form by 25 February 2020 at the latest, so we can prepare your press accreditation for you. With a press accreditation in advance, we will deposit a entry voucher on your name at the info counter in the east entrance.

For organisational reasons, we kindly ask you to tell us, whether you plan to take part at the following events:

As a representative of the LogiMAT 2020, you will only be able to use the parking lot on the Messepiazza directly in front of the East Entrance. You will receive the required free parking permit after the successful examination together with the confirmation of your accreditation at the latest in February 2020. Please understand that we can not guarantee that sufficient parking spaces will be available at all times at the press car park.

A press accreditation can be obtained by persons who can prove their journalistic activity as follows:

  • By presenting by-line articles published no earlier than six months before the time of the event
  • By presenting a legal notice in which they are named as editors, permanent editorial staff or authors, and which is no older than three months at the time of the event
  • By presenting a written commission from a complete editorial office, in the original, relating to the current exhibition
  • By means of a weblink to an online publication that is well established in the industry community in question and that can prove an adequate reach. Online media of this type must have been in existence for at least three months, must produce regular entries and the most recent article relating to the topic of the exhibition must be no older than three months
  • By presenting a valid press card issued by a national or foreign journalistic association

We would like to point out that presenting a press card is generally not the sole basis for accreditation. The trade-fair organizer reserves the right to request further proof to verify the journalistic activities according to points a – e above.
There is no right to accreditation. Should the situation arise, the trade-fair organizer may exercise its domiciliary rights.
