With the scan gate, 1D/2D codes on pallets can be automatically scanned and captured on up to three sides. Scanning can optionally take place at standstill or in motion (max. 1 m/s or 4 km/h). The scanning height is up to 3 m, the distances to the codes are min. 800 mm and max. 2200 mm. Further options are the recognition of pallet types, the number of pallets and their strapping. The plug-and-play system is very easy and quick to use universally in logistics.

At LogiMAT, cellumation presents the cv.SINGULATE, the most compact, low-maintenance and powerful singulation system of its kind. With this start-of-line solution, the manual separation of parcel flows (bulk) in small and medium-sized logistics centres can be economically automated in a minimum of space. The new dimension in material handling

The new Demag KBK Drive Assist simplifies the transportation of loads weighing up to 500 kg and makes transport operations even more ergonomic. The Progress machine is a closing machine with height reduction capability, designed for the distribution industry.
It processes parcels made of a tray and a lid. It has two uniques features :
-    It can process two box footprints randomly
-    Height reduction can be done either by folding the extra corrugated above the products or by removing the extra corrugated.
Folding simplifies the process in the warehouse while removing wastes provides a more appealing shopping experience.

EIKONA time slot management: To make sure everything works

With our optimised time slot management, which also includes essential functions from Yard Management, we simplify the overview of all movements of vehicles and means of transport on the factory premises. Time slots can be planned taking into account the unloading time windows in direct traffic and the new calendar views "Unbooked" and "Unscheduled" provide more clarity with clear colour indications.

This year EuroSort has taken this technology to an even higher level. We introduce the Cross Tray XL. The size of the new carriers is 600 x 800 mm (was 400 x 600 mm), so this is a substantial change. With a left and right discharge, it provides a high throughput and high flexibility on a compact footprint. A truly multitalented sorter for a broad product range.

GENI-Ride™ provides high-speed automated sortation of the increasingly prevalent small/micro style parcels in the smallest and densest footprint available by sorting to both sides of the machine into containers that can be placed as close as 28" apart. Without the performance and item handling capabilities of the GENI-Ride, parcel and fulfillment operators are forced to continue to sort these items manually or find a functional space sufficient to hold larger, less efficient sorters.

The STIM1000 - Smart Tracking IoT Module from FMTec, with its encrypted data interface to the FMTec Smart Locks, enables position-dependent electronic access protection in logistics. Technologies such as GPS/GNNS, NB, LTE-M, GSM, WLAN and Bluetooth have been integrated for maximum tracking accuracy and connectivity to the cloud-based security platform. Temperature, air pressure, position, humidity and shock sensors provide data for monitoring.

The highly integrated Framo Morat wheel hub drive is used not only in intralogistics applications as the drive unit of AGVs and AMRs, but also in fully automated cleaning robots such as the CR700 from Adlatus. The Standard version combines all the functional elements in one system, including the PUR wheel, a high-precision planetary gear, a high-performance BLDC motor, and the holding brake and electronics. The Advanced and Ultimate versions offer modular expansions to the scope of functionality.

PickEngine

The PickEngine is a high-performance storage and picking system with goods-to-person workstations and control software. It offers the shortest delivery time of 6 months, which is achieved by the com-bination of 3 standardized modules: Store modules with fast storage robots, Pick modules with standardized workstations and Smart modules with the control software. This modular design allows several PickEngines to be lined up or added later.

Picking without Scanning - but with 100% control
The revolutionary picking system from Logivations does not require scanning – but still guarantees 100% control without additional effort thanks to object recognition by artificial intelligence in W2MO. Cameras observe where an employee removes goods and measure volume changes in the target box/pallet. By localizing the source, the product becomes known, by the change in volume, the quantity is determined. A worker can pick without time-wasting scanning. Increase in productivity up to 40%!

AGVs or AMRs often face unique situations in logistics, e.g. when a target location is suddenly occupied. As a vehicle waits, honks and blinks, valuable working time is lost.
Pixel PT stands out: the camera infrastructure provides an image of the robot and the environment. The control centre can see the situation and manually control the robot. In this way, operating times can be extended to "unmanned" shifts - a significant increase in profitability.

The new GoPal® E22 from Robotize is the perfect entry-level autonomous mobile robot (AMR) for internal pallet transport within factories and warehouses.
