Dear (prior) exhibitors,
We would like to warn you about the letters of the company Expo-Guide from Mexico, questing to check your company data!
Expo-Guide is sending out by post order forms for catalogue entries, asking you to update your address details. Using the name of LogiMAT, they are trying to get at your full address data and further information! Only when you look more closely, does it become clear that this is not in fact an update for the database of LogiMAT, but for an 'EXPO-GUIDE' which is completely independent of LogiMAT. We have no connection whatsoever with Expo-Guide.
We distance ourselves very firmly from the actions of Expo-Guide and would like to point out that filling in their forms will cost you money. Exhibitors, who comply with their request to update their data, are in fact taking out a three-year contract on the publication of their company data. The annual charge is as much as € 1,271! Expo-Guide is also conducting this type of data-collection exercise for other fairs, too.
In this context, we should like to emphasise once again that any forms concerning your presentation at LogiMAT will always bear the LogiMAT logo and our address in Munich!
If you have already problems with the company Expo-Guide, you can find on the website of the AUMA (Assocation of the German Trade Fair Industry)
helpful tips and a reply letter even in English.
Your LogiMAT team
PS: Also letters with the subject DATA REPORT 2015/2016 for the International Fairs Directory are not connected in any way with LogiMAT! The company MULPOR Company S.A. acts from Urugay. The best thing to do: Throw it away.
Due to current reasons, we would like to draw your attention to e-mails offering you a list of pre-registered attendees for the postponed LogiMAT.
Please note: these offers are spam!
With the exception of the information in the catalogue and the online exhibitor directory, EUROEXPO does not release any exhibitor data to third parties; the same applies to data of LogiMAT trade fair visitors!
We have no connection with these companies and expressly distance ourselves from such actions.
