We are delighted that you have decided to exhibit at LogiMAT 2012. With these service documents we - Euroexpo GmbH as organiser of LogiMAT, as well as Stuttgart Messe Service (SMS) - would like to help you to prepare for the exhibition in the best possible way.
Organisation
In order to offer you faster and more efficient service, the ordering forms are all in a machine-readable standard.
For this reason please try to fill out the order forms on the pc, if possible, and print them afterwards.
Master data
For your comfort the first page is the master data page. Please fill in there your complete master data. They will be automatically copied in all order forms. You can find your "costumer no. of Messe Stuttgart" on a separate letter, which is enclosed. (If you register late for LogiMAT, Stuttgart Messe Service will fill in the customer number later for you.)
In Stuttgart, Stuttgart Messe Service deals with your orders.

TIP - Rental furniture Top 50 bestsellers
No more time-consuming searching for rental furniture. Use our experience. We show you the "TOP 50 bestsellers" of rental furniture on a separate order form, which is enclosed the CD. Just send us the form via fax to +49 89 32391-246 and we forward your order.
TIP - Hotel
We are pleased to inform you that we can again offer you special rates for LogiMAT 2012 in 16 hotels in the surrounding of the fairground. As there are only a limited number of reserved rooms available at our partner hotels, we ask you to make your hotel bookings as soon as possible. For detailed information on our partner hotels, please visit our website. From the section "Travel and accommodation" under exhibitor info you will be directly forwarded to our hotel booking portal for LogiMAT 2012 or just click "here".
